Does NamSys sell hardware or equipment?
No, NamSys is purely a software company. Our software works with smart safes, cash recyclers, currency counters, coin sorters and locks from many manufacturers. See what Cirreon integrates with.
Can I run NamSys software in my own data center?
Cirreon products are cloud-based and available only on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. Our Currency Controller platform is available in both cloud and onsite variants.
How are your products priced?
We sell all of our systems on a monthly subscription basis. There is no upfront cost or long-term commitment.
Do we have to buy all of the different Cirreon products?
No. Cirreon is made up of modules: Vault Operations, Cash-in-Transit Logistics, Smart Safe Monitoring, Retail Cash Management, Branch Cash Management, Cash Forecasting, Route Optimization, and Billing & Accounting. They share one platform and work together, but each can be purchased and run independently, except Route Optimization, which plans the routes you run in Cash-in-Transit Logistics. Many customers start with one and add others as they grow.
What kind of training is available?
We offer live online training at no cost as well as optional onsite training for an additional cost.
What are your technical support options?
We offer an online portal for technical support, as well as a 24/7 call center for reporting system issues.
Is onsite support available?
Yes, onsite support is available at an additional cost. In most cases, we find online and remote support are sufficient.
Where does our data reside?
That depends on where you’re located. We host everything in Amazon data centers around the world:
- North America and South America are hosted in Virginia.
- Europe, Middle East and Africa are hosted in Dublin, Ireland.
- Asia and Australia are hosted in Sydney, Australia.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Data security is our highest priority. We host our systems exclusively in Amazon Web Services facilities that are compliant with all major security standards, use strong encryption end-to-end, and perform frequent compliance, penetration and vulnerability assessments to ensure your data always remains secure. NamSys is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and completes an annual SOC 2 audit.
Is there an uptime guarantee/SLA?
Yes, our software-as-a-service products come with a 99.95% monthly uptime guarantee.
