No, NamSys is a purely a software company.

Cirreon products are cloud-based and available only on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. Our Currency Controller platform is available in both cloud and onsite variants.

We sell all of our systems on a monthly subscription basis. There is no upfront cost or long-term commitment.

No. While the different Cirreon products integrate with each other, each can be purchased and run independently.

We offer live online training at no cost as well as optional onsite training for an additional cost.

We offer an online portal for technical support, as well as a 24/7 call center for reporting system issues.

Yes, onsite support is available at an additional cost. In most cases, we find online and remote support are sufficient.

That depends on where you’re located. We host everything in Amazon data centers around the world:

  • North America and South America are hosted in Virginia.
  • Europe, Middle East and Africa are hosted in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Asia and Australia are hosted in Sydney, Australia.

We host our systems exclusively in Amazon Web Services facilities that are compliant with all major security standards, use strong encryption end-to-end, and perform frequent compliance, penetration and vulnerability assessments to ensure your data always remains secure.
