One view of every vault you depend on

The vault overview gives each location its own card: cash and coin on hand, plus the deposits, change orders, ATM fills and ATM residuals waiting to be processed. Banks see the vaults they operate themselves alongside the virtual vaults a CIT carrier runs on their behalf.

Blotters show what each teller has on hand, what moved today and which positions still stand between you and end of day, in every currency you hold.

Built for the vault floor

Keyboard-first workflows, currency counter integration and supervisor controls keep tellers fast and the numbers right.

Track every deposit

Follow each deposit from arrival to settlement. Its status and any differences are visible to everyone who needs them, so nothing slips through unnoticed.

Settle faster at the teller station

Count straight from the currency counter. Handle every kind of deposit, in every currency you hold, and park or resume a bag without losing your place.

Close the day with confidence

Live blotters, daily credit postings and end-of-day checks show exactly what is still outstanding before you close.

Cash settlement, start to finish

Cash settlement is how a vault verifies the money it receives. Tellers open each bag, count it and compare the count with what the depositor declared. The result is credited to the blotter in one fast, focused workspace.

  • Accept bags at the vault door with a custody receipt for the carrier.
  • Count directly from counters such as the Kisan K-series at the teller station.
  • Record rejects and errors with reasons, and seize counterfeits separately from the count.
  • Require supervisor approval above sundry limits, with a complete audit trail of every session.
  • Settle only for locations the vault actually services.

Outgoing orders, under control

Work the change-order queue from picklist to manifest. Fill bags with automatic blotter drawdown, ship bulk coin and hand everything to the carrier on a manifest.

  • Approval rules that cover every order, or only orders above an amount limit, with approval cutoff times and a dedicated order-approver role. Nobody approves their own order.
  • Lead times, cutoffs, daily and weekly volume limits and product sets, enforced on every order.
  • Standing cash orders for customers with regular needs.
  • Service and supply orders placed directly with your CIT carrier.

Your branches, on the same platform

Branch staff count the branch’s cash, order cash from the vault and ship surplus back. They can also see how long each denomination will last before the next CIT visit. Head office sees cash on hand, low inventory, forecast shortages and inbound orders across every branch.
