The branch’s day on one dashboard

Each branch opens to its own dashboard. Needs attention lists what to deal with first: a denomination below its lower limit or over its upper limit, cash forecast to run short before the next CIT visit, cash that hasn’t been counted, an overdue order or a shipment past its pickup date.

Beside it, Today shows the CIT service and the orders arriving and shipments leaving, and Inventory shows every denomination against its limits. Counting cash, creating an order and creating a shipment are each one click away.

Carry less idle cash

Notes over a denomination’s upper limit become a recommended shipment back to the vault, instead of sitting idle at the branch.

See shortages before the visit

The forecast shows when each denomination will fall below its lower limit, and whether that happens before the next CIT service.

Every hand-off on record

Orders are accepted bag by bag and verified on arrival. Shipments go out with bag numbers and a barcoded slip, and the branch sees the vault’s verified total.

Count branch cash

Branch staff count the branch’s cash by fund type, denomination by denomination. Each count is checked against the lower and upper limits you set for every denomination, and becomes the branch’s current cash inventory.

  • Limits set once for the whole bank, or tailored to a single branch.
  • Count history with a graph of past counts, exportable to CSV.
  • The current count printed to PDF for the branch’s records.
  • Edits and deletions kept in the audit trail.
  • A flag on any branch whose cash hasn’t been counted today.

Know how long the cash will last

Branch cash optimization learns each denomination’s usage from the branch’s own cash counts, including weekly patterns, and projects it two weeks ahead against your CIT schedule.

  • A recommended order that keeps the branch above its lower limit until the CIT service after next.
  • A recommended shipment of notes over the upper limit, in whole straps of 100.
  • A chart for each denomination of its contents, deliveries, shipments and forecast, with your limits and CIT services marked.
  • A forecast quality score beside every recommendation.

Order from the vault

Orders go to the vault that fills the branch. Arrival dates are limited to days the branch is serviced, with the cutoff for next-day arrival shown on the order. Fill it from the forecast’s recommendation, or top every denomination up to its upper limit from the last cash count.

  • Approval rules for every order, or only orders above an amount limit or off schedule. Nobody approves their own order, and a rejection needs a reason.
  • Branch cutoffs, lead times and daily and weekly limits, enforced on every order.
  • Delivered bags accepted one by one, with any bag not received recorded as short.
  • Contents verified by denomination before the order is complete.

Ship the surplus back

Create a cash or bulk coin shipment with its bag numbers and contents by denomination, or start from the recommended shipment. Cirreon pre-advises it to the vault and adds it to the carrier’s stop on the departure date.

  • Departure dates limited to days the carrier collects, with the expected verification date shown.
  • Optional blind re-keying of bag numbers, and prepared-by and verified-by names when you require them.
  • A barcoded shipment slip and bag labels, ready to print.
  • A shipment history showing what the vault verified and any difference.
  • Cancel a shipment while the bag is still at the branch, and it comes off the carrier’s stop too.

Every branch, from head office

The branch overview puts your whole network on one page, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or a range you choose.

The network at a glance

Cash on hand, low inventory, forecast shortages, orders inbound and shipments out, across every branch.

Trouble first

A row for each branch with its last count, when it runs out, its next CIT service and its open orders and shipments, sorted so the branches that need you come first.

The detail behind each number

Lists of low inventory, forecast shortages, open orders and unverified shipments, each exportable to CSV.

Controls that fit the branch

Alerts, reports and roles keep the right people informed without giving everyone everything.

Cash-level alerts

An email or text the moment a cash count falls outside its limits, for any denomination or only the total. Subscribe to one branch or the whole bank.

Branch cash levels report

Every branch’s current count against its minimum and maximum by denomination, with pending deliveries and departures, in Excel. Breaches are highlighted.

A role for each job

Some staff only count cash. Branch operators also order, receive and ship. Viewers see the counts, forecasts, orders and shipments without changing anything.

Branch orders and shipments flow into the same vault and CIT operations as every other Cirreon order. See how the vault fills and verifies them in Cirreon Vault, and how carriers collect and deliver them in Cirreon CIT.
